Products diein the seam.I hold it.

Not at the design layer. Not at the code layer. They die in the gap between them. I'm one person who builds across product, UX, AI, and engineering, and owns the seams the rest of the team creates. Nine years shipping revenue-driving platforms across MENA hospitality and e-commerce.

The Seam

Most products don't fail at a layer. They fail in the seam between them.

A strategy gets decided, a design gets drawn, a model gets trained, code gets shipped, and the product goes missing in the handoffs between them. That gap is where intent leaks out.

AI collapsed those layers. The one person who can hold all of them at once, strategy, interface, model, and shipped code, is now worth more than the team that creates them. I work the seams, so the product that gets decided is the product that ships.

A seam is simple to draw. That is exactly why it is so hard to hold.
